Baja California continues to develop a reputation for itself in the gastronomic industry, both nationally and globally, as more and more restaurants in the state appear in various magazines that list the top restaurants in Mexico and the globe.

According to the Facebook page "La Guerrerense," it was now the turn of "Sabina Restaurante," which is located in the municipality of Ensenada and has been acknowledged as one of the best in the municipality and the country.

According to the article, the Ensenada restaurant will be featured in Larousse Cocina's 2022 Mexico Gastronomic Guide of Mexican Culinary, which will feature the country's 250 "biggest" restaurants in its new edition due out this year.

Sabina Bandera, who founded the restaurant in Ensenada in the 1970s, managed to make it into one of Mexico's most famous restaurants, bringing the flavor of her speciality, seafood, to all its grandeur.
