Tijuana's New Rooftop Sushi Restaurant Shows You the City From Dazzling New Angle

Tijuana got its first "boutique" hotel a couple of months ago, with the aim of covering all tourist and local needs regarding both food and lodging. The name? K Tower Hotel Boutique.

Seeing an opportunity, the hotel set out to enter the world of culinary trends, especially one that has intensified in the region in recent years and decided to install a sushi restaurant on the hotel’s rooftop. Rooftops are in, yeah.

Thus was created "Sushi on the Rooftop," the first restaurant of its kind in the city of Tijuana.

Located on the sixth floor, the restaurant has in its menu all the traditional Japan dishes, as well as the inclusion of different types of ceviche.

In its menu you can appreciate how the ingredients are brought daily from the closest markets to supply the restaurant.

The tranquility of the view and the unconventional aspect of it, may lead us to wonder if this scenario belongs to the city of Tijuana, since the design can be easily compared to other well- known places in the world.

"Sushi on the Rooftop" promises personalized attention, since the space only has a capacity of 64 people, a detail that helps you have a very comfortable meal, prioritizing the experience with the client in a first-class place.

Since K Tower Hotel Boutique is growing in popularity, reservation is needed, also, with the aim of offering a pleasant attention to its visitors, the largest table has the capacity of 8 people, making it the maximum number of people per reservation.

You can contact them directly to the Hotel or in their official Facebook page.
