Government of Baja California makes carrying out more than 60 online procedures easier

The governor of Baja California is making more than 60 digital procedures available for people in order to make their quality of life easier

Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda, the governor of Baja California, announced that through website ventanillabc.bajacalifornia.gob.mx more than 60 digital procedures and services have been made available in order to help Baja Californians save time.

The state governor explained that, with this, they are looking to provide a better service by making services and procedures easier for citizens in a digital manner, where they will be able to access several different state agencies.

"An example of this is the Secretariat of the Economy, with different aid programs for entrepreneurs which can be accessed through the pane without needing to go to a government office," she said.

It should be noted that the Secretariats of Education, Tourism, Health, Work, and Fishing, among others, will also have on their platforms different programs and procedures that can be carried out everywhere.

The head of the Agency, Gabriel Palombo, explained that the Criminal History Certificate is one of the procedures with the most demand among people, from foreign students to people wanting to get a job or apply for an adoption. That is why this certificate can be obtained 100% digitally.

He added that the Digital Agency of the State Government is looking to reduce waiting times, speed up processes for everyone, and prevent people from traveling, which means significant economic savings.

The Unique Model of Citizen Assistance (MUAC) where answers to questions, comments, or suggestions are given has been made available through the WhatsApp number (686) 900 90 91 and different digital platforms, as well as official social media pages of the state government.
