For his part, the Secretary of Finance of Baja California, Marco Antonio Moreno Mexía, revealed that 900 appointments take place every day at REPUVE spots statewide, with 70% of vehicles being ones whose VIN begins with a letter.

He added that, taking into account the origins of all vehicles, in Baja California, 324,795 vehicles from abroad have been regularized, providing certainty and security to the assets of Baja Californian families.

The state official emphasized that it is important to make an appointment on federal website:, in order to schedule a date and time and also to check the requirements for the regularization of foreign vehicles.

Moreno Mexía called on people to not let this chance slip by in these last few days as the deadline is Sunday, December 31, as you will be able to celebrate the New Year with a registered asset which benefits owners of vehicles and their families.
