Countdown to Christmas begins in Baja Window to the South

On the newest episode of Baja Window to the South, we are making our way to Christmas by learning all about the traditional Mexican food of the holidays and much more

Ponche, candy, tamales, what other Mexican delicacies are made during the winter holidays? On this latest episode of Baja Window to the South, we pave the way to Christmas by discovering the gastronomic variety that dominates in Mexico during this time period.

We also travel to Las Rocas Resort & Spa where Chef Medina teaches us how to make a delicious champurrado, a very traditional drink of the holidays, accompanied by delicious buñuelos.

In addition, our host Olga Sánchez de la Vega went to ApinCantú, where we learned all about bees, beehives, and the different types of multifloral honey that they produce.

We also have some fun thanks to Denisse Jacobo at ‘El Encierro Ruin Bar’ where she tries their incredible drinks, as well as an exquisite rib eye with aguacahile.

And if we want to relax, we cannot go anywhere else but Montevalle Health & Wellness Resort, where we learned and experienced their holistic therapies and intravenous infusions, which will surely make your life much healthier.
