The Tourism and Conventions Committee (COTUCO) of Playas de Rosarito has compiled a list of the city’s top recommendations for celebrating the holiday season with loved ones. If you’re still undecided on how to spend Christmas Eve, today might be the perfect time to plan your festive adventure!

All these events are part of the Rosarito para Celebrar (Celebrate in Rosarito) campaign, which aims to showcase the city’s holiday offerings, including oceanfront hotels, delectable gastronomy, exciting activities, and family-friendly promotions.

Christmas Concert

The Allegro Music Academy will perform a Christmas concert featuring the Polyphonic Allegro Rosarito Choir on Saturday, December 21, at 5 PM in the main lobby of CEART Playas de Rosarito.

Admission is $100 pesos ($5 USD). Don't miss this fantastic musical show full of magic and traditional Christmas carols!

Baja Gastronomy at Puerto Nuevo Baja, Hotel y Villas

This year, they’re hosting a special Christmas Eve dinner that promises an exceptional culinary experience:

Menu

• Appetizers: Mini “Guallas” - Filled with beans and perfumed with Mexican pepper leaf, accompanied by a subtle morita charred salsa, enhanced with truffle oil.

• Entrée (choose one): Salmon seared in a subtle pistachio crust, coated with a pine nut and red pesto infusion; or Leg, sugar-coated in orange with a garlic-chili salsa and caramelized figs, garnished with potato milhojas and a royal cauliflower risotto.

• Free stay for two children under 10 (meals not included).

• Discounts: 30% on spa treatments, 30% on additional weekend nights, 40% on additional nights Sunday–Thursday.

The Rosarito Beach Hotel will host the perfect Christmas event on Tuesday, December 24, from 5 PM to 10 PM. The main star of the night will be the exquisite dinner made by Chabert's Restaurant.
