In this episode of Taco Bites, our host, Isaac Kalimo, is at El Paisa Fresh Mexican Grill, 2494 Imperial Ave, San Diego. The adobada taco was tried in the first delivery of this establishment, but the taco de asada will be attempted this time.

The Paisa Fresh Mexican Grill is ideal for enjoying Mexican dishes from the other side of the border, including tacos, huaraches, quesadillas, nachos, fresh waters, and much more. They also share special offers on their Facebook page throughout the week, ensuring that you and your family have a delicious afternoon eating what you love.

"One Taco, Two Bites," as the Taco Bites motto goes, is a single taco that is sampled and then given two bites to examine its tastes and receive a final decision from Isaac, who gives it a final grade.

To discern all of the tastes, especially the meat, Isaac put a little green sauce to this asada taco, which features onion, cilantro, and guacamole. The guacamole could be savored more in this taco; the tortillas are handmade, so their flavor is excellent; Isaac commented on the meat's lack of salt in the second bite, but the guacamole perfectly balances the flavors. He awarded this cue an 8.0 grade as a result of this.
