Mayor Ismael Burgueño of Tijuana visited the Christmas Village, located in the heart of the city’s Historic Downtown on Avenida Revolución. During his visit, he witnessed families enjoying a variety of attractions, including the popular ice-skating rink.
Avenida Revolución has been transformed by the magic, color, and lights of the Christmas season, offering families and friends the chance to share joyful and memorable moments together. The area provides a safe and festive environment featuring a diverse array of gastronomic, cultural, and artistic experiences.
During his tour of the Christmas Village, Mayor Burgueño observed how the ice rink—open until January 6, 2025—has become one of the event’s most popular attractions. Admission is free, and all necessary equipment is provided, allowing visitors to skate while enjoying festive Christmas music.
In addition to the ice rink, which opens to the public at 5 PM, the Christmas Village boasts other attractions, such as the iconic Coca-Cola Christmas tree, live performances, and entertainment areas for children.
"It is heartwarming to see families coming together to enjoy this space during the holiday season. The Christmas Village is a place of hope and unity, and we encourage everyone to visit and experience it here on the revitalized Avenida Revolución," said Ismael Burgueño, Mayor of Tijuana.
