Baja Med cuisine is a fusion between three cuisines: Mexican, through its spices, Asian, due to their presence in the city of Mexicali, and Mediterranean, due to the regional products used thanks to the privileged weather in Baja.

On the other hand, Oaxaca is one of the states with the highest number of immigrants in Baja California, as they are looking to cross the border, bringing with them their amazing cuisine.

From these two gastronomies Oaxacalifornia is born: an event that will delight you with the fish, shrimps, and cuts of Baja California, cooked with spices and Oaxacan techniques, accompanied by Asian, Central American, and American cuisine touches, paired with Baja Californian wines and craft beer.

Among the activities in this third edition, you will find:

Beach Experience: Surf And Turf

The first event is "Surf and Turf" which will take place on Saturday, October 21 at Sunio Suites & Beach Club from 1 PM to 7 PM.

The best chefs of Oaxaca and Baja California will cook exquisite dishes in the beach of Rosarito with fresh, high-quality products from local fishermen and will offer meals cooked in coal, accompanied by an exquisite catalogue of wines and mezcal.

Not to mention that there will be great DJs and a fire show to entertain the public.

The best part? It is an all you can eat and drink event!

Tickets for the first day will be divided in three categories with different prices:

Access: $500 pesos (a drink and one meal)
General: $1000 pesos (all you can eat and drink)
VIP: $1500 pesos (all you can eat and drink, VIP zone, and premium drinks)

Golf Course Experience: Oaxacalifornia

This is the main event, which you cannot miss.

It will take place on Sunday, October 22 at Club Campestre Tijuana from 1 PM to 7 PM.

It will be an unforgettable gastronomic experience where you'll be able to delight your palate with Oaxacan and Baja Californian chefs, with the best cocktails, mezcal, and wines while admiring the best views of this beautiful golf course.
