On this new episode of the “Baja Window to the South” show, taco, music, and sport lovers had a great half hour filled with entertainment.

The show began with an interview with singer-songwriter, performer, and producer Samantha Rae: Top 10 Latin American Idol finalist and participant of The Voice Mexico, who spoke a little bit about her inspiration and her musical career, as well as her current tour with TJ5.

Another guest was Héctor Bustamante, professional boxer, who will have a fight in August that will take place at Grand Hotel Tijuana “Las Torres.” He promised that it will be an exciting fight that will leave everyone surprised, due to the former lawyer’s tremendous skill.

Today in the gastronomy section on the Medina Flavors segment, Chef Mario Medina interviewed Josefina Sánchez of Hacienda de Badú and Carnitas Los Panchos, who spoke about her traditional Rosarito cuisine and made some delicious lamb sopes and quesadilla with carnitas.
