Dr. Carlos Buenrostro Vásquez, renowned surgeon and owner of “Buenrostro Clinics” died this Saturday, April 2nd in San Diego, California, according to his relatives a few hours ago.

According to the doctor’s family, funeral services will take place in a private manner. They asked for respect and thoughtfulness during these difficult times.

It should be noted that there hasn’t been any information regarding the cause of the death of the Mexican surgeon.

Former presidential candidate, Margarita Zavala, mourned the doctor’s death and sent hugs to his relatives.

Dr. Carlos Buenrostro was a world-renowned doctor specialized in plastic surgery. His world-famous clinic is located in the municipality of Tijuana, Baja California.

He worked as a general surgeon with many show-business national and international celebrities. One of the most well remembered was regional Mexican singer, Jenni Rivera.

He obtained his medical surgeon degree after finishing studying at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, and he obtained his plastic aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon degree at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

He had national and international certificates from places such as: El Colegio Médico Tijuana (Tijuana’s Medical College), International Society of Burn Injury, Laser International Society, San Diego Plastic Surgery Association, Asociación Mexicana de Cirugía Plástica Estética y Reconstructiva (Mexican Association of Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery), Fundador Sociedad de Cirugía Plástica de Tijuana (Founding Society of Plastic Surgery of Tijuana), among many others.
