Komali Cocina Food Truck in Rosarito receives excellent ratings for their varied tacos

The tortilla was so full of flavor that it impressed Chef Danny Betancourt

In this new episode Una Mordida Tacos Rosarito, Chef Danny Betancourt went to Playas de Rosarito to try out Komali Cocina Food Truck, specialists in varied tacos. Our host tried two tacos here: a pressed pork rind taco and a milanesa taco both priced at $1.4 dollars (30 pesos).

Milanesa Taco

This was the first taco that Danny received and it should be noted that just by seeing it he felt satisfied, since he realized that the tortilla had just been recently made. The taco has avocado, red rice, beans, tomato, and milanesa and it was served with green and red sauces. Chef Danny was very interested in trying out the green sauce so that’s the one he chose.

“It looks quite promising,” Danny said before tasting it and when he did so, he highlighted the tortilla’s flavor. Regarding the taco itself, the breaded portion needed to be a little crunchier but other than that, everything was great especially after the second bite.

Pressed Pork Rind Taco

Regarding this taco, Chef Danny realized that the tortilla was the same and it was served in a bed of rice and beans. The pressed pork rind was prepared with green sauce, which was quite good. He also really liked the pork rind along with the combination of all the ingredients. Eventually, this taco got one of the best ratings by our host with a rating of 8.2.

Generally speaking, one cay say that Komali Cocina Food Truck has excellent tacos with ingredients that delighted the not easily impressed Chef Danny.
