On October 29, 2020, the Consulate of Mexico in San Diego informed that it will implement a sanitary filter for essential travelers who wish to enter Mexicali, Baja California through Calexico, California this weekend.

The sanitary filter will be located at the Western Port of Entry (Calexico I) this Saturday, October 31st from 12:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs.

It is recommended to take the necessary precautions to avoid delays.
