Today, Marco is not only an Operations Manager, Corporate Trainer and Consultant, but he is also the founder of his own company: White Eagle Refinishing, which was born in 2018 from this and many other experiences.
"I have had the opportunity to work side by side with the owners of different companies dedicated to the same thing, so I learned from their virtues, but also from their mistakes; and that is how this business plan was born, implementing better practices, safer in terms of health and safety for both our clients and our associates. In addition, we incorporated state-of-the-art materials and equipment, making each project the right way from the first time," explained Aguilera.
White Eagle Refinishing, specializes in finishes and coatings such as bathrooms, kitchens, sinks, etc., also dedicated to changing and modernizing what is damaged, but without the need to demolish or have to remodel everything and with very high costs, this type of service is provided by minimizing its carbon footprint as a company.
