Antonio, who attended SAETA of the Agricultural and Technological Secondary School Center (CBTA) 146 and studied Mechatronics Engineering at the Ensenada Technological Institute (ITE), for the moment, offers this Brown Ale style beer, with a color that changes from amber to brown.

At the same time, the flavours you will taste in every sip are caramel and chocolate, thanks to the toasted malt that this regional beer contains.

Due to the fact that the project began recently, there is not a lot of information on their social media account, however, we invite you to follow them on Facebook and Instagram, and support local and fair trade entrepreneurs.

According to Península BC, Antonio plans to produce 4 more varieties of his beer, with the objective of not leaving any Baja California native without the opportunity of tasting this beer.

Tell us, have you tried this beer created by a Baja California native which puts the region on the map?
