TIJUANA.- It seems that the heat will not be the only thing that Tijuana will witness this Tuesday, since there is the chance of rain and thunderstorm for today.

According to the National Meteorological Service of San Diego (NWS) the rain started since 11:00 am, accompanied by thunderstorms, with calm wind that would reach the west.
