TIJUANA.- It seems that this Saturday, March 24 will be a busy day for the city, due to the great variety of events that will take place, however, that same day the "Earth Hour" will be carried out as a global awareness campaign promoted by the NGO World Wildlife Fund (WWF).

This campaign organized by the Wildlife Foundation, seeks to raise awareness among the population about the need to show interest in climate change, so the community in general is invited to turn off the light for one hour, recycle more, create less waste , walk or ride a bicycle.

A walk in Playas de Tijuana with the same goal will also be held, and it will start at 8:30 pm.

IMEF University UABC Tijuana, a non-profit organization is responsible for organizing it.
