Baja California is starting to be considered as the capital of craft beer in Mexico, and the city of Ensenada could be the number one of the region in this industry.

Such is the case of Cinco Raíces Brewery in Ensenada, which recently opened its Tap Room during August and is already growing as a great craft beer reference.

There are 5 types of beer in their menu: Smoky Stout Roble Negro (Black Oak), Blond Ale Malva Silvestre, Cream Ale Hoja de Maple, IPA Verena and Seasson, a seasonal beer.

But the proposal goes beyond this, because within the menu you can find a drinkable dessert.

It's called the Smoked Float, a delicious combination of "Roble Negro" beer with vanilla ice cream. A visual delight adorned with cookies.
