The extruding company began operations in October 1999 with two presses and an anodizing area. It exported 10% of its production and allocated 90% to the domestic market.Today, the percentages are reversed:90% of the production is sent to the US and Canada, and the remaining 10% serves the domestic market, provides work to 1,000 people and extrudes around 4 million pounds of aluminum per month.
Its installed capacity is formed by an extrusion plant that houses the latest technology in presses, two automated anodizing plant, a distribution center, a cellar, a packing plant, a machining area and a machining area and two floors dedicated to powder coating process, one of them being a vertical dust-paint facility which operates at the highest level of international technology and that is certified with the Qualicoatseal. Another element that has recently been integrated to the engineering area is a 3D printer to make prototypes, usually in complex shapes. The printer validates the new aluminum extrusions out of its numerous projects in order to test and improve the functionality of some parts.

"In regards to the introduction of new processes, management is always open to invest and to give the solution to the customer, here, at the plant. To provide customers with solutions is one of our staples. Many times, companies have to send the extruding process to one location, and the manufacturing process to another one and the die-making process to completely different one. There is a lack of companies that provide an integral solution", he adds.
