The Punta Piedra project will improve property and tourism offers in the coast of Baja California

The growth of Punta Piedra will strengthen the tourism and real estate offerings in the coast of Baja California. This was revealed during the presentation of the section named "Misión", a touristic-residential area with an amazing location and with the best views of the Pacific Ocean in the heart of our region.

Andrés Martínez Bremer, managing director of Grupo Lava, was the one in charge of declaring the beginning of the projects of the "Misión" section, the new stage of Punta Piedra, which will generate a little more than 500 direct job sources and more than 1,000 indirect job sources throughout its construction development, he said.

Miguel Aguíñiga Rodríguez, Secretary of Tourism of Baja California, stated that these investments will strengthen the state's competitiveness, opening the way to great projects that will position Baja California as a great investment destination.

Grupo Luva's vision is the sustenance and foundation so that our governor continues the job of attracting capital to our state as it creates job sources, foreign currency, and gives the state certainty as a key spot in our country.

For her part, Lucía Aguirre, director of Economy of the municipal government, stated that for the municipal administration it is essential to boost all investment that positions Ensenada as a vital spot for the growth and development of Baja California.

At this event, the municipal president-elect of Ensenada and the current president of the Commission of Tourism of the Local Congress, Claudia Agatón Muñiz, emphasized the importance of collaborating closely with the business sector to strengthen the value chains and the wellbeing of Ensenada natives and Baja Californians.

In addition, Andrés Martínez Bremer recalled that the initial development was led by Enrique Lutteroth Camou and Roberto Curiel Ortega more than 3 decades ago and in this time Punta Piedra, he said, has evolved to now include the "Misión" section, a place designed to offer an exceptional lifestyle. "Here, the combination of nature and sophistication promises a unique experience for its residents," he emphasized.

He said that Punta Piedra is strategically located between Ensenada and Tijuana, at the level of the La Misión bridge, and it offers amazing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and is very close to San Diego, California.

He added that the proximity to the Wine Route in Valle de Guadalupe is an additional attractive feature for those who love gastronomy and oenology.

The director of Grupo Lava stated that this new section will have 70 residences, with 4 available models that will range from 172 to 249 square meters. Houses will be equipped with advanced technology and designed to offer maximum comfort and efficiency.

He said that prices will vary according to the model and other characteristics and that Punta Piedra stands out due to its exclusivity and tradition, attracting recognized personalities that are looking for an ideal place to live and invest in.

Besides the impressive views and advanced amenities, "Punta Piedra Sección Misión" stands out due to its sustainable focus as all homes will have solar panels and water saving systems. In addition, they will be built with installations for electric vehicles, underscoring the commitment that Grupo Lava has with the environment and sustainability, he concluded.
