They're leaving! Sunday is the last day to discover the works of Salvador Dalí in CECUT

"Entre sueños y volcanes. El paisaje en la colección Ayala-Muñiz" will end its season on Sunday at El Cubo

The exhibition "Entre sueños y volcanes: El paisaje en la Colección Ayala-Muñiz" is on its last week. This exhibition has delighted the Tijuana community with its universal paintings, with the highlights being the amazing works by Salvador Dalí at Sala 3 in Centro Cultural Tijuana (CECUT).

CECUT calls on lovers of culture to take advantage of this opportunity to observe these magnificent works of art before the exhibition ends on Sunday, January 14. This exhibition has more than 60 works of art by 20th and 21st century renowned artists, such as Salvador Dalí, María Izquierdo, Rina Lazo, Joy Laville, Raymundo Martínez, Luis Nishizawa, Jorge Obregón, Juan Soriano, Antonio Vázquez Parra, and Alfredo Zalce.

Among the exhibited genres that you can find here there are landscapes, urban landscapes, impressionism, Mexican School of Painting, surrealism, and figurative. From oil paintings on canvas to watercolors on paper and pastel colors, the most diverse techniques are represented in this collection.

It should be noted that each piece is accompanied by a poetic statement, enriching the visitor's experience by connecting the painting's elements with poetry.

The inauguration of "Entre sueños y volcanes. El paisaje en la colección Ayala-Muñiz" took place on October 6, 2023, during the 41st anniversary celebration of CECUT, and painter Jorge Obregón, who showed off his work "Popocatépetl", was present.

This exhibition will be available from Wednesday to Sunday, January 14 from 10 AM to 7 PM. Admission costs will be $50 pesos ($3 dollars) for general audience, $30 pesos ($2 dollars) for children, and on Sunday admission will be free. Don't let this chance slip by and immerse yourself in this amazing artistic journey before the exhibition ends.
