Mexican Consulate in San Diego will process passports paper work on Saturdays

Know the exact dates in which this consulate will attend to procedures such as: passports, consular registration and/or identification cards

The Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego, informed via its official media the implementation of additional days in its facilities for the rest of the Saturdays of 2020.

This is in order to respond to the needs of the Mexican population in this part of the United States who require some documentation service such as passports, consular registration and/or an ID card to vote.

If you are one of those interested in applying for any of these last three services, according to the Consulate, you must make an appointment at Mexitel by calling 1-877-639-4835 or by clicking here.

According to the statement issued by the Mexican Consulate, appointments will be opened between 7 and 15 days before the date of the additional days, and the opening will be announced through their social media networks.

It is worth mentioning that given the current health crisis, not only health protocols will be followed, but dates may change according to the indications of the San Diego County health authorities, said the Consulate.

The dates of the additional Saturday sessions are as follows:

- August 29th
- September 26th
- October 24th
- November 21st
- December 5th
