The Valle Food & Wine Festival will bring together the best cuisine from both sides of the border

Valle de Guadalupe will host the most important fest from the region!

Valle de Guadalupe will host one of the most important bi-national gastronomic festivals in the region, with rock star guests such as Nancy Silverton, Miguel Bahena, Alejandro Ruiz, Jair Téllez, Wolfgang Puck as well as the icon of Tijuana’s cuisine and founder of the event, Javier Plascencia


The 3rd edition of the Valle Food & Wine Festival will take place this October 5 at Valle de Guadalupe, with many national chefs and chefs from the United States, several of them awarded in the industry, invited. As well as a great musical program that will help to set an amazing atmosphere.

This event, founded by the chef Javier Plascencia and the American chef Nancy Silverton, expects the participation of 25 wine houses from Baja California and some important craft beer companies from the region, a series of activities; wine tastings by the winemakers and a demonstration of distillates that will be called “Callejón de Bebidas Nacionales”.
