Guadalajara .- Saul Canelo Alvarez donated one million dollars in food and construction materials to support those affected by the earthquake in central Mexico, this according to his brother Rigoberto.
Álvarez has made donations a good habit, since in previous disasters he has also made important contributions, and today afternoon, he presented himself at the headquarters of the DIF Jalisco in Guadalajara to make his first contribution, which consisted of three trailers loaded with 10 tons of help.
One of his most important contributions was 11 million pesos collected between him and a couple of companies benefiting communities in the state of Guerrero affected by heavy flooding, while on another occasion, he contributed 150,000 pesos in aid to support those affected by natural disasters in Jalisco.
