There is a beautiful place in Tijuana called "La Elotería," where magnificent corn on the cobs are created for the delight of many.

Corn is one of the main ingredients in Mexican cuisine, and it wouldn't be weird that to celebrate the Independence month in Mexico, "La Elotería" had prepared one special dish.

The name of this special corn on the cob is "Elote Viva Mexico," and besides having all the classic ingredientes such as corn, mayo, cotija cheese, cream, and lemon, it will be sprinkled with one magical ingredient: 'Cheetos Flamin Hot'.

Starting Wednesday Sept. 13, this delicious creation will be on sale in the two locations of La Elotería in the city: Plaza Fiesta, better known as Plaza del Zapato and on Ermita neighborhood. For more information on the address click here

Although in the promotional image you see a corn on the cob, in the post comments, La Elotería said you can also find this presentation in a cup, meaning the grains of corn will be ready for you to eat with a spoon.

There is a 2x1 promotion every Wednesday, but unfortunately this promo will not apply with the "Elote Viva Mexico" presentation, only with the ordinary.

So, are you ready? The favorite spicy snack of many is ready to rock your world sprinkled on corn.
