Governor Marina del Pilar reiterated her goal to improve children's academic performance in Baja California's public schools by bolstering one of the main programs of her administration: "Pancita Llena, Corazón Contento" which has benefited more than 300,000 students with hot breakfasts in several schools of the state.

Since its first day, the government led by Marina del Pilar has worked to protect and promote the comprehensive development of children to build a better state. As part of these efforts, several programs have been created, among them "Pancita Llena, Corazón Contento", which is looking to reach all corners of the state so that no child is left behind.

"All meals part of the Pancita Llena, Corazón Contento program are dishes with high nutritional value, but also liked by children. So we have found this formula that has allowed children to be very happy with breakfasts, that are delicious, and have all the necessary nutrients so that they can learn," she said.

One of the main factors for the program's success is that it is managed by the mothers of the school's children, which guarantees the quality of the food and allows this benefit to reach more children in the state, Marina del Pilar said.

The state governor announced that necessary adjustments have been made in this program so that, by at the end of this year, all children in elementary schools in Baja California are covered, which is a primary goal for this administration.

In addition, as part of the efforts of the governments of the Fourth Transformation to dignify public schools, students were delivered aid at República Venezuela primary school, including school backpacks and computation equipment for the school.

"They are also needs that are covered so that they can continue studying and acquire more learning skills at these schools," Marina del Pilar said.
