In the last few years, electronics stores' sales have been triumphing on Black Friday. An example of this is Amazon which will extend Black Friday deals and discounts until November 26.

Mercado Libre will also extend its date from November 24 to November 27, with 50%, 35%, and 25% discounts in electronics, shoes, videogames, sports, babies, home, furniture, cellphones, among others.

Other participating stores are Liverpool, Coppel, Miniso, Office Depot, Samsung, Sephora, Shopee, etc.

Black Friday is a sales event that sets the beginning for Christmas shopping season and its name is used because it indicates the moment where retail stores go from red (losses) to black (earnings), thanks to the massive sales during this period.
