On Friday, November 3, a traffic accident occurred at Bulevar Padre Kino in Zona Urbana Río where two cars partially stopped traffic on the way to the port of entry, at the SENTRI lane, because they had crashed.
Authorities arrived at the scene and stated that one of the individuals, who was a foreigner of approximately 25 to 30 years of age, who was driving a black Jeep Rubicon with American license plates, had had a heart attack, which caused his car to crash against a cherry Chevrolet Aveo sedan.
After the impact, the owner of the sedan car approached the Jeep; after not receiving an answer by the driver, he realized that he had no vital signs.
Municipal police agents sped up traffic which had been stopped due to this incident, using one of the two lanes to the west.
None of the roads were affected by this incident.
Story still developing.
