We’re in paradise! Tijuana is one of the coolest municipalities in Mexico

Find out which will be the warmest day of next week in Tijuana

Current weather conditions in Tijuana have been pretty unusual, because since May we haven’t had any sunny days and there has been no actual heat. However, this doesn’t compare to the heatwave that has been experienced by other states.

On Friday, June 16, Tijuana had a slight temperature increase and it reached a maximum of 22°C, being one of the municipalities with the lowest temperatures in Baja California. This is compared to Mexicali and San Felipe which reached temperatures of 40°C and 32°C, respectively.

It was also one of the cities with the lowest temperatures in the entire country, as other zones in Mexico are experiencing an extreme heatwave that has reached 50°C in some states.

According to The Weather Channel, maximum temperatures in Tijuana will range between 23°C and 24°C, while minimum temperatures will drop to be between 15°C and 16°C. Next week, the warmest day will be Wednesday, June 21 as it will reach 24°C with a completely clear day, with an extreme rate of ultraviolet light, which is why sunscreen will be necessary.
