Baja California has an endless number of areas and beautiful views, a proof of this is the thousands of tourists that arrive every year, season after season. Recently, actor and politician Damián Alcázar made a proposal where he wants to reveal what this state has to offer.

Damián had an interview with Miguel Torruco Garza, which was partially uploaded to TikTok. Alcázar states that he would like to build a passenger train from Tijuana to Los Cabos so that people can see the incredible places in this Baja Californian peninsula. In his words, “All Mexican people should know these places”.

He even said that this train could depart from San Diego so that gringos can also enjoy these places in a more accessible way. He underscored that the creation of this train would be built by taking care of nature and the area where the railways would be placed.

Both noted that this train would have an incredible economic impact that would be favorable for the entire peninsula, including hotels, restaurants, and local businesses. Another benefit is the cost of passenger trains, as prices are lower than plane or bus tickets.
