On Saturday, November 26, 2022, Tijuana’s city authorities will broadcast for the general public the second match of the Mexican national football team which will be against the Argentinian national football team as they try to make their way to the knockout stage.
At 11 AM on Saturday, a giant screen will be placed at Avenida Revolución, Zona Centro, between 6 and 7 Streets, where the second match of Group C between Mexico and Argentina will be broadcasted. The national Mexican football team will face off against an aggressive Argentinian football team which will try to recover after their surprising 2-1 loss against Saudi Arabia.
It should be mentioned that during this broadcast, just like in the host country of Qatar, selling alcohol is strictly forbidden.
Argentina’s loss was a surprise in this World Cup, and possibly even the last few world cups, especially because this defeat was against a team that doesn’t have a long football tradition. The team led by Lionel Messi will try to get the 3 points so as to get 2nd place in Group C, before facing off against Poland which tied against Mexico last November 22nd.
Meanwhile, the Mexican football team will try to stop Messi and his team’s attacks, in a match that looks to be quite complicated. In the last three World Cups, Mexico has lost against the Argentinian team.
