Next Wednesday October 12, celebrations will begin for Tecate natives due to the 78th anniversary of the founding of the city of Tecate; these celebrations will take place at Unidad Deportiva (Sports Complex) Eufrasio Santana.

Thanks to the anniversary of the founding of Tecate, Tecate natives will have a celebration that will include the best of the city’s products: the coffee and gastronomy community, craft beer makers, and wineries will all take part in these celebrations.

Besides the culinary attractions, cultural events will be led by band Café Tacvba and Mi Banda El Mexicano who will perform for free. Other musical groups such as Takon Machine, B-side Players, and Pequeña Ciudad are also part of the musical lineup that will perform in the city of Tecate. Other musical talents that will perform live here are Jennely Rivera "La Patrona" and PG-Beas from band Nortec.

Celebrations will begin on Wednesday, October 12 and will conclude on Friday, October 14. Entry will be completely free and open to all people; all of this being part of the Festival Tecate en Marcha (Tecate on the Move).
