The infrastructure of Tijuana streets has several faults and errors. One of the most noticeable ones is the bridge near the San Ysidro port of entry. In its current conditions, it makes weird noises every time a car passes through it.

These noises greatly worry people, those who drive through it as well as those who pass under it. Under the bridge is where one can hear this alarming sound more clearly.

TikTok user @Anahi Madrigal shared a video that explains this situation. When the car is driving under the bridge, one can hear a sound. When this happens, she screams in terror “I’m scared!” after listening to this noise.

Though no accident has occurred so far, there have been reports of Tijuana natives getting worried due to a visible and dangerous separation in the bridge. The lack of repair means that people are getting very worried, since they think it should be fixed as soon as possible.

So far, Tijuana mayor, Montserrat Caballero has limited herself on her actions. She has said several times that though it is alarming, the bridge will not fall yet.
