Dragón Rojo Metal Fest has announced that it has a venue for its heavy metal festival show for 2022, in order to celebrate its 2nd edition.

The event will take place on the terrace of Tijuana Toros’ Chevron Stadium, on Saturday November 19 and Sunday November 20, 2022. Ticket sales are still not available, but you can keep track of when they will be by following: Dragon Rojo Metal Fest.

Dragón Rojo Rock Bar has been named as the best venue in Mexico at the Osmium Metal Awards.

Currently there are 19 bands that are set to appear, but there is hope that more will show up at the event.

• COATL (L.A.) | Alternative Metal/Hard Rock

• Feed The Vulture (Tijuana) | Progressive Death Metal - Death Core

• Restos Mortales (Tecate) | Thrash Metal

• Deux Machina (Mexicali) | Brutal Death Metal

• Dead Man's Joke (Tijuana) | Grunge / Metal

These bands were part of the 1st edition of this event and will be back for the festival in 2022.

Dragón Rojo has brought great and wonderful memories to Tijuana natives since the 1970s, and has even appeared in some movies like Born in East LA.
