Although the number of active Covid-19 cases in Baja California is decreasing, this does not mean that the virus is not spreading. As a result, the Ministry of Health notified which colonies had Covid-19 transmission chains to take great care of and minimize the fatal virus's spread.
According to the agency's findings, Tijuana and Mexicali have the highest concentrations of the virus; thus, extra caution is advised when going through their colonies.
Extreme vigilance is required in the Libertad district of Tijuana, which has five transmission chains, followed by Los Laureles, Buenos Aires Sur, El Cortez, and El Mirador.
The Pueblo Nuevo area of Mexicali, as well as Puebla Valley, Ciudad Morelos, Gran Hacienda, and Joaqun Murrieta, should be avoided.
There are just two settlements in Playas de Rosarito that concentrate on a transmission chain: Lucio Blanco and Plan Libertador.
Villas del Rey Residencial 2, Baha, El Sauzal, Mar, and Popular 89 are five districts in Ensenada's gorgeous harbor where you should take care of yourself if you live, transit, or work.
It should be highlighted that these are registered colonies, not the only ones that concentrate infections, because many individuals are asymptomatic and do not go to health facilities to get tested, so they ask not to relax their vigilance because the pandemic is still ongoing.
