Too de Livier, a well-known Mexican chef, debuted a program called "La ruta del taco" on his YouTube channel in December, intending to find the best taco in all of Mexico, so he decided to travel to some of the states with the best reputations for creating this delectable and traditional dish.

Another goal of this new show is to present viewers with a one-of-a-kind gourmet experience that can promote local and international tourism by showcasing what the chef deems to be the most incredible possibilities in the country.

And, as one might think when talking about tacos, the program will pass through Tijuana, a city with a reputation for having the greatest tacos in Mexico; nevertheless, it will also give via Mexico City, Quiroga, Michoacán, and Monterrey, Nuevo León.

The chef and communicator, Too de Livier, will be joined by several special guests, including Burgerman Lara, a member of the band Moderatto; César Pliego, a member of Kinki; and Pepe Mogt de Norte, to name a few.

In addition, the chef will lead a group of national and international visitors across Mexico, making recommendations and visiting historical sites, in a nutshell, witnessing La Ruta del Taco will be similar to watching a gourmet and cultural journey.

There will be an award ceremony at the end of the season where people may vote for the best in the following categories: The best taco, greatest salsa, most hidden, and other categories will be revealed as the series progresses.

The first episode, which focuses on certain taquerias in Mexico City, is now accessible on the YouTube channel:
