The Secretariat of Health (SS) recalled the sanitary measures imposed in each entity according to the epidemiological traffic light in which they are, announcing that the governments of those regions that are in orange may allow the opening of non-essential establishments working with 30% of the personnel for their operation.
Public places may open with a reduced capacity and special restrictions should be taken for people at risk of presenting a severe case of COVID-19.
As for the yellow color, all regions located in this sector of the traffic light may return to both essential and non-essential economic activities, there will not be a reduced percentage of capacity, so they will be allowed to open fully taking into account the necessary measures to protect the health of workers and their customers.
Public spaces will resume their reactivation at regular hours and capacity, while closed centers will be allowed to reopen only with the attendance of a reduced number of people. All work activities will also be allowed.
This update presented by the health authorities will continue to be available between March 15 and Sunday, March 21. A new evaluation with local governors will be announced on March 26th and a new epidemiological traffic light will be released, according to the monitored development of the pandemic during those days.
