After the launch of Conectividad Total, the Tijuana - Morelia combo, is the next step to benefit the comfort of passengers
With this initiative, the airline offers passengers traveling to León, Guadalajara or Morelia from Tijuana, or vice versa, a 90% discount on bus tickets on more than 40 land routes from Grupo IAMSA.
Among the bus lines available for passengers are ETN, La Línea, Primera Plus, Sur de Jalisco and Autovías to reach, for example, 21 destinations in Morelia such as Lázaro Cárdenas, Apatzingán, Uruapan, Pátzcuaro, Huetamo, Zitácuaro, Ciudad Hidalgo, Villa Madero, among many others.
The combo is part of a series of three initiatives that VivaAerobus has been developing this 2020 to improve the travel experience, specifically for passengers going to or from Tijuana. Also present is the recent alliance with Cross Border Xpress (CBX), the exclusive pedestrian bridge for passengers at the Tijuana Airport who cross the border between the United States and Mexico. With this agreement, passengers traveling between both countries can now purchase the airline's services at the recently inaugurated Viva counters at the CBX; as well as buy their CBX ticket through the airline's official channels: website, Call Center and Viva Shops.
Walfred Castro, Director of Corporate Communication of Viva Aerobus, mentions that the Tijuana-Morelia Combo enriches his proposal, since he expresses that Viva is the only airline with which you can travel safely both by air and by land, while taking care of the health and well-being of its customers. She adds that with its great variety of routes and services at excellent prices in both cities it is offering the easiest, fastest and safest way to travel.
Currently, VivaAerobus operates 3 routes from/to Morelia to Monterrey, Tijuana and Chicago, being this last one a winter season route.
