Will I be able to have kids? Will I have enough energy to be able to do my daily activities? Will my body be missing vitamins? Will I lose weight? And so many more questions we might ask ourselves

Maybe the reason to become Vegan is because you want to lose weight or just want to lead to a healthier life, starting a vegan diet is a good option to start achieving it this diet only consists of fruits, vegetables and seeds, or maybe you have simply become aware of the meat consumption, empathy with animals, fashion etc.

Regarding the reasons you might have to start this new Vegan lifestyle let me tell you on the most common mistakes that newbies make starting the veganism, take notes.

Do not take Vitamin B12
When we decide to opt for this lifestyle we think that all work will be done by the fruits and vegetables but in reality, that is not true, that’s why you still need to take vitamin B12 supplements. The deficiency of this could cause these problems poor memory, weakness, fatigue, depression, and could cause damage to the nervous system.

Not eating enough good fats
It’s important to intake the healthy fats in our diet (avocado, seeds, nuts) as their nutrients provide energy to the body and facilitate vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Not listening to your body needs

When starting the veganism, it’s advisable to not hurry in doing things we must listen to what our body asks us so be open to try and know different options of food and drinks.

Not eating enough vegetables

It’s important to know that vegetables are the main source of a vegan diet, they contain the minerals that fruits do not, giving you more energy and a greater digestion.

Try to stick to one diet
If necessary open your mind and try new things that’s how you will discover what your body really needs
