TIJUANA.- Since Monday, September 25, the State Commission of Public Services in Tijuana (CESPT) closed a lane of the Internacional Av. due to a leak.

It seems that work has not yet been completed, so one lane that takes you to Playas de Tijuana will continue closed. They recommend you to take time precautions so this doesn't affect your way to school or work.
