Bhagyashree Deokar participated as a judge to evaluate the Hackathon projects. Her participation was crucial in enriching the event with her experience and insights.

Bhagyashree Deokar is a versatile leader with over 10 years of experience spanning both engineering leadership and research experience. Bhagyashree has a strong background in security, particularly intrusion detection and reinforcement learning. Published research in these areas and references of this research in 3 SAP enterprise patents further validate her knowledge.

Ms. Bhagyashree Deokar, an accomplished engineering leader, has been instrumental in driving numerous product developments. Her contributions include key projects such as Related Record, Service Cloud Voice, Lightning Quick Text, Sales Enablement and Partner Enablement. Her multifaceted expertise spans diverse domains, driving innovation and excellence in each endeavour.

She was selected for the PMDojo Product Accelerator program, where her team built and launched a communication AI coach for video conferencing platforms. Beyond technical achievements, Bhagyashree is passionate about giving back. She actively participates in organizations like Salesforce Women in Tech, Techwomen.org, IEEE, Saaheli, and Bay Angels, supporting various social causes.

In addition to the bootcamps, the registration for the event was complimentary, allowing 150 fortunate participants to secure a spot without any fee. This inclusivity ensured that talent, rather than financial constraints, dictated participation.

explanations.
