Relaxing is important which is why in this week’s episode of Baja Window to the South we go back to Montevalle Health & Wellness Resort where we tour their beautiful villas and take a look at the amenities they offer so you can detox in wonderful Valle de Guadalupe.

On the gastronomic side, Chef Martín San Román of El Original Pastel de Crepas Tijuana shows us a delicious way of making Baja California clams with beer sauce, a dish that you can’t miss.

In addition, Denitza García had a pleasant interview with artist and painter Marlén Castor who spoke about her beginnings, her art gallery, and her work in interior design.
