The anniversary dinner was directed by the very talented chef Héctor Morales, who as usual, every year opens his kitchen to share with a guest chef the art of combining flavors, ingredients and give shape to a dream culinary offer. On this occasion, the guest chef was Alfredo Villanueva from Villa Torél, a Michelin star-trained chef and member of the 50 Best Discovery.

Between the two gastronomic creators, they designed and executed a 5-course menu whose exquisite taste was a true homage to the fresh ingredients of the region, integrating succulent and specific interventions of international techniques. Each bite of this splendorous and transcendent dinner emulated the deep love for the culinary culture of Baja California Sur. Accompanying and exalting the magnificent flavors of the dinner, the wine pairing was a selection by Dr. Cristina Pino, winemaker of Bodegas de Santo Tomás.
