In Baja California, active cases of Covid-19 began to decline a few days before Christmas

Outpatient treatment is used to treat 1,913 of the number of current patients in the business

There has been a drop in active cases due to Covid-19 in Baja California for three days in a row, with just 46 active cases confirmed in one day, bringing the total number of persons who potentially spread the dangerous virus in the state to 2,236.

According to information provided by the state's Ministry of Health, hospital occupancy in covid cases is 91.7 percent, and in general, care is 58 percent on this day; of the total number of active topics in the entity, 1,913 are treated as outpatients and 229 require hospitalization, with 94 patients requiring ventilator assistance, indicating that more than 90% of intubated patients do not have a vaccine against the deadly virus.

Since the start of the epidemic, Baja California has had 87 thousand 973 positive cases of the deadly virus, with 10,000 678 of them succumbing.

J. Adrián Medina Amarillas, the dependency's head, advocated enhancing sanitary measures to avoid infections, such as regular hand washing, ventilating dwellings, cleaning surfaces (such as tables and desks), and the proper use of face masks and maintaining social distance.

Medina Amarillas reminded the community that everyone must help prevent infection, which is why precautions and cleaning procedures must be taken and avoid contact with sick persons.
