Governor Marina del Pilar strengthened the administration of justice in Baja, California

The governor will try to simplify the entity's legal processes

Marina del Pilar, the governor of Baja California, oversaw the groundbreaking of two Civil Rooms in Playas de Rosarito on Monday to improve the administration of justice for everybody.

"It will be the first time in the history of the administration of justice in the State that a second instance is established in the Costa Zone," said the president, "so friends of Rosarito will no longer have to travel to another municipality to comply with the terms that it marks the law in different litigation, the government that we lead works to serve them."

Marina del Pilar stated that she is aware that trials can drag on indefinitely, to the detriment of those who participate in them, and that as the first woman to be elected Governor of Baja California, she will work to streamline the entity's legal processes, for which she has invited the and lawyers to continue serving their best efforts for the benefit of our society.

On the other hand, he urged the judges and magistrates to make the administration of justice in Baja California outstanding, according to President Andrés Manuel López Obrador's fundamental values, which is that justice translates into peace for the people.

For his part, Alejandro Isaac Fragozo López, the Presiding Magistrate of the Baja California Judicial Power, emphasized the importance of the entity's residents having easy access to the courts, regardless of their economic situation, and stated that the intention for the near future is to expand the capacity of the various courts, ushering in a historical period for one of the entity's powers.

The State of Baja California's Secretariat of Infrastructure, Urban Development, and Territorial Reorganization (SIDURT) will invest a total of 26 million pesos in the building of both rooms. In comparison, the Judicial Power will pay an extra six million pesos, according to Fragozo López.

Araceli Brown Figueredo, Mayor of Playas de Rosarito; Roco Adame Muoz, Deputy of the Congress of Baja California; and Catalina Salas Bravo, President of the State Federation of Associations of Lawyers of Baja California (Fedabo) were also present during the first stone ceremony.
