According to Arturo Pulido, producer and director of this feature film, which compiles a variety of interviews, it seeks to reflect the decadence, living conditions and abuse experienced by immigrants who wish to cross over to the United States.

In this film, we will be able to observe migratory movements such as the migrant caravan that arrived in Tijuana, as well as various protests in Los Angeles, California, in favor of immigration and against deportations under the still permanent policies of the administration of the president of the United States, Donald Trump.

In an interview for San Diego Red, Arturo Pulido mentioned that in the migrant caravan there were not only people from Honduras but also from El Salvador, Guatemala, Central America, Brazil, Mexico, who, like the different movements in Guadalajara and Los Angeles, were not afraid, giving birth to the title of this production.

"They are not afraid to go out into the streets and look for a future, without papers, without documents, with documents but what kind of documents, and I am not afraid either, I am not afraid. A wall did not stop them, they kept trying, we were behind them, in the early morning, where the same police threw the bike to me, risky matters, right? but it's good that they were part of the show business", explained Pulido.

Although this is the first award received for "Undocumented unafraid" by this Mexican producer, he mentioned that they have already received other nominations, which makes it just as important, because it´s an independent film and this makes it difficult to complete, this first award "left us in shock because we were not expecting it".

He also mentioned that after finishing the film, late 2018 and early 2019, they must spend three years in festivals, so they are practically starting the journey.

In light of this, he thanked his Production Team with whom he was able to share the stories gathered in this film. They are: producer Jane Arapawe, associate producers Yael Reynoso and Alberto Ferreira, photographers Isauro Mercado and Rene Reyes, producer Lourdes Garcia Nuño, editor and music PulArt and Victor Cordero.

Although at the moment this film is not distributed for reproduction, Pulido invited to follow them on their social media networks Facebook and Instagram as Undocumented Unafraid, where they will post the platform or medium where you will be able to see, hear and feel these stories from their direction.

In turn, Arturo Pulido added that "this is the story of the people", and urged young people who want to produce their own film "to do so, today is much easier than a few years ago”.
